Please can someone advise me on the below:
My wife's last 2/5 year FLR visa ran out in June. We made another application for FLR (M) and are still awaiting on all the centres to open etc so we are in limbo waiting, but she now urgently needs to return to Thailand for possibly up to 3 months due to a family member illness.
If she flies out there now, she technically can't return as her last FLR visa ran out in June.
The likelihood is that Sopra Steria will contact us in 4-8 weeks' time to complete the FLR application/visit a centre to submit docs and fingerprints and she won't be here to do it...
What can we do? Should we speak to the Home Office or is there a form we can fill in?
