Payment methods for settlement visa

Hi,

We are about to submit our application and i was wondering what choice of payment do we have. My wife doesn't have a credit card, but she does have a debit card and a healthy bank balance. Can she pay this way. Obviously i have a credit card so this is another option. Finally when do we pay. I've seen a button on the application page do i click on this after submitting?

You pay online when you book the appointment. Credit or debit card is fine.
