    Welcome to the forum ali,
First of all I would ascertain your lady friends visa status....if she has already been here 4 yrs it could be reasonably assumed that she will have ILR(indefinite leave to remain). If this is the case then your jobless/sick status will have NO bearing on your(sustaining) relationship. However, any other visa status below this could/will have a significant impact on your future together.

Happy days Ali. With an ILR she has (virtually)all the entitlements you have as a british subject.Only difference between ILR and Naturalisation(British citizen) is that if she leaves the UK for more than 2 yrs her ILR could be rescinded. Also,if times/work/health improves then schengen visas will be needed if you ever fancied holidaying abroad(Europe) together.Other than this feel free to live your life .....together

You do as you wish. If she has ILR there is nothing preventing her from moving in with you. Your rights and opportunities are exactly the same as if this woman was British.

Bear in mind with the above, if she does move in with you then you need to inform the benefits agencies, council tax etc and there could be some affect on the benefits you receive.

alibt, you've won the lottery, mate. Didn't have to shell out thousands for flights and visas.

                Don't mess it up now.
