LINE video and voice call problems

Since Sunday 28th November 2021 I can no longer make video or voice calls from England to my friend in Thailand
I get an error message
Unable to make call Please try again 314

I have tried two different phones running the latest version of LINE on Android, with the same results

We can exchange messages, pictures and video recordings with no problem
We can both make LINE calls to people in our own country

I thought it was an Internet issue but we can make voice and video calls via WhatsApp

Any help appreciated

Between South Korea and Thailand is okay using LINE on Android, for both video and voice calls, not sure what version of LINE they are using.
Cant help between UK and Thailand.
