    Hi All,

    Does anyone have Line Messenger UK support email address? Because my wife cannot log into Line. We think it's because she has changed to a new handset, plus she cannot remember her password. So far Line Messenger are not replying to our emails.
    and her number been blocked

    I’m afraid unless she has registered an account name and password this is very difficult to do, probably impossible.

      If she logs in with her phone number and can't then remember her pw, she will be prompted to get a newone.

      I hate line, but its almost essential here.

        Has your Mrs put the old SIM card into her new phone ? Has she tried logging in via the QR code ? Check the link below.

          LINE must be the top go to App for Thais, I agree need to have it here.

            It works in her old mobile phone. With the new phone it got more memory. That's why she had changed

                I have just changed my phone, same sim card, same number, and when the Line app was loaded the app opened straight away, there was no need to re-sign in or anything as it recognised it was the same number/SIM.

                Sorry I know that doesn't help your wife but that is how mine worked and surprised hers did not do the same.
                Only took 2 and half years. Thai Air finally coughed up my 2020 cancelled flight dosh
