I am currently using Skype to call to my GF in Thailand it costs £3.39 inc VAT a month for unlimited calls ( Fair Usage policy Applies ) to her mobile or land line and the quality is excellent. Connects first time every time at all times of the day or night

Is Skype available to Thai mobile users? If so, would all calls not then be free to anyone who has it installed?
