Laos Bank
This poor unsuspecting lady was caught on camera withdrawing three million from a bank in Vientiane.
3 million Laos Kip that is. At around 12000 Kip to the pound, that's about £250 in real money. No wonder they prefer using Thai baht and US dollars over there.

Thailand is famous for unusual modes of transport such as Tuk-Tuks, Songthaews and Samlors, but this Vietnamese taxi beats the lot!

The previous evening this one in Khon Kaen had an argument with a bus - and lost. On a more serious note, although there were no passengers on board, the young Tuk Tuk driver was killed instantly. Our hearts go out to his wife and family.
